You may designate 15% of my gross commission earned a closing be given to the 503(c)(d) nonprofit organization of your choice.

I offer this to All I.R.S. recognized Non profit groups as a fundraising opportunity.

Any Non-Profit group may use this as a revenue development tool when they refer people to me  to assist them with their purchase or sale.  I will provide your group with specific text inserts  and/or paper flyers to distribute to the membership and supporters

As an expression of my appreciation and support of the good works of others I will  make a cash gift after the closing of the transaction and passing of title. 

It is my desire to support the meaningful and important work of people and organizations that are making a difference in our world, in our local community or around the globe.
