When some one you know is ready to buy or sell real estate there is an opportunity for you to designate a gift to your favorite Non-Profit Organization. It's really that easy since I appreciate the opportunity to meet new people and support organizations making a difference in our greater community

.As an expression of my appreciation and support of the good works of others I can make a gift after the closing of the transaction and passing of title to a designated non profit organization.   15% of my net professional service fee (paid to me at closing) to be given to the 501(c)(d)(3) nonprofit organization of your choice.

I offer this to any and all IRS recognized Non-Profit groups as a fundraising and community building opportunity.

Any Non-Profit group may use this as a development tool when they introduce people to me. I will exclusively represent them their interests with their purchase or sale of real property.  I can also arrange a gift to your favorite non-profit if the transaction is out of Connecticut through my International Referral Team administered through Coldwell Banker Relocation Program. . 

  I will provide your group with personalized text inserts or flyer copy to distribute to the membership and supporters.

It is my desire to support the meaningful and important work of people and organizations that are making a difference in our world, in our local community or around the globe. 

This is another way you get  and give more value by working with David Carr and Coldwell Banker. 

So what ever the group or cause is, Pick your Favorite Place of Worship,  Environmental Protection,   Medical Research,   Animal Protection,   Poverty Relief,  PTA, Consumer Advocacy and Protection Group, Educational, Human Rights or other.

You must mention this option when we are first introduced and meet.  We will date the agreement  and name the designated Non Profit as a part of the original executed buyer broker or listing agreement.  My gift will be made to you recognized organization within 30 days of your closing. This format allows me to track the effectiveness of this offer in generating new business.
