I believe the real estate business has changed since 2002 for REALTORS and the public due to the large base of information available online. Before the internet REALTORS had the market information, which was enough for some people to earn a living.
Today, success is determined on experience, and the ability to discern the relevant quality of a huge quantity of current information sources.
How do you decide what is significant, authentic and applicable to you and your unique situation?
I know that discernment, interpretation, verification and discussion of market and property information is an invaluable skill I provide to you as your agent .
The fact that I have managed over 300 transactions and walked through thousands of homes give me a depth of perspective and experience that benefits less experienced individuals. You just can get that in a video.
